How can members trust ICTTN to work efficiently and do something for us when it seems that executive members are having conflicting ideas and we already have two members resigning.
Will there be more resignation in future???
You sure the President resign or you forced him to do so???
What about the other new member???
If each time during meeting there will be resignation of members on small matters where will that lead ICTTN.
Will ICTTN be able to do something for ICT Teachers???
I personally don't trust it much now. It has not done anything to ameliorate our working conditions. There are even some teachers who are working 57 periods per week. So can the secretary tell me what he is actually doing for our friends who are working in a very unfair condition.
So far we heard only executive members talking now its time to see their action.
Action speaks louder than words!
Let the members see if the rest of executive members can really do something potential or just sweet talking!!!!
It seems that the secretary is very busy or he doesn't have any answers to my questions. The aim of this network was to collaborate and find solutions to our problems. The main problem is to secure our job and as a member i would like to know what necessary steps you are taking forward. Our destiny seems in your hand one wrong move may lead us to unemployment. Let see what will be your replies to my questions ............................
If u have any important question that need clarification, please do call me. It is preferable for us to talk personally so as to be able to explain things better. thank u for ur understanding.

For the one inquiring about resignation and all. i will grateful to that person if he/she could please get proper information before accusing the association uselessly.
to answer to ur question, u didn't force anyone, and the resignation of the members was decided by the 2persons themselves. so why blaming ICTTN for this. and to add to this the matter was not small but it was something concerning the whole ICT teacher future.
and also bear in mind that we are only an association and we are on contract, so stop thinking that we are a trade union. its a very misunderstood point from many of u. therefore imagine that the way the association is working is ver difficult cause we don't have too much space for action.
next tiem before sending any comments, please think well and stop sending baseless arguments.

Thank u ICTTN for the press conference u made, u really prove that ur working for the ICT teachers interest. But it's very enraging that the GTU just made a fool of us all by just taking our money and be satisfied with the ministry decision without taking any action. In a newsletter that Mr Ramcharan sent where he publish a lot of newspaper article, he was trying to convince ICT teachers that the GTU is working seriously but finally we can conclude that all this are just mere words. in their last letter where they explain that they had a meeting with the ministry, its really rehgretable that the final result of it, is that we should look for another job.
I can only advise my dear colleagues to take the necessary step and be ready to support our ICTTN.

Regarding questions about whether ICTTN has the force or not to act as a trade union... Changing the objectives of the association will surely give ICTTN a great boost cause legally speaking there's almost no differenciating from Trade union and association and being on contract does not by no way put a disadvantage on the association....
Concerning other trade unions and association fighting for us...
Converting ICT teachers to GP = Increase in GTU members = Greater power of the union...So see for yourself whom you can trust....
Guys and girls from ICTTN you are doing a great job...trying your best to get ICT's out of hell.. Don't give up coze u r the only door out....

Hi! I think that you must contact Mr Avinash Ramcharan . He is very devoted towards the cause of ICT teachers. I have talked to him , he is ready to join forces together , he is ready to unite ICT Teachers together. I think that the president should work together with him as the president and him would constitite a strong team to find out solutions to our problems. Unity is strength . Why dont you contact Mr Avinash and work together for the benfit of ICT teachers ? I think Mr Avinash should be back in the ICTTN. The majority of ICT teachers want this to happen.Why dont you forget the past and look for the future ? I know Mr Avinash well , he would surely be back to help you. He believes that with the new government , we would surely be given more consideration.I know his contacts , he would surely be an asset for ICTTN. He is ready to work in close collaboration with you , especially , the new president. By the way , you doing a good job and wish you good luck for the future. Hope to see ICTTN united with Mr Avinash's team very soon. United we stand , divided we fall !!!
FOr those who are still alive.....Ministry going to recrut 50 more ICT teachers on a contractual basis. Advert is already out....
Now the furture plan is to have 1 ICT COORDINATOR per school...can't say more......
